Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working diligently to expand our shipping capabilities globally in the near future.

We accept returns of unused, unworn gear in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

To initiate an exchange, please email us directly at contact@silanitecamp.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

We recommend spot cleaning when possible. If a full wash is necessary, use a front-loading machine with a specialized down wash (for down bags) or mild detergent (for synthetic). Dry on low heat with tennis balls to restore loft.

All Silanite Camp tents are factory seam-sealed and ready for use immediately out of the box. However, after extensive use over multiple seasons, you may choose to re-seal areas subjected to heavy abrasion.
